As a Fabrication/Assembly Manager, you will support the Operations Manager in delivering their objectives. You will also manage the team's workflow by assigning tasks, supporting team members, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management.

Motivate members of the team to harness their potential for the execution of production output
Assign tasks to team members and give them specific directions and procedures to follow
Monitor team members during their work and ensure they comply with the standards of operations obtainable in the establishment
Ensure the safety of team members is placed in high esteem and educate them on safety tips and procedures
Ensure that all workers have PPE to safeguard themselves against production hazards and evaluate manufacturing equipment for safety and functionality
