Are you an experienced fabrication professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team within a fast-paced engineering environment. Combining hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership skills, you'll oversee daily operations, maintain high quality standards, and help drive efficiency across the fabrication function.
The Role:
Supervised CNC fabrication operations and personnel.
Programmed and operated CNC punch, plasma and press brake machines.
Performed preventative maintenance and fault finding.
Trained and developed junior team members.
Supported wider production and logistics functions.
Ensured quality, productivity and delivery targets were met.
What we are looking for:
Good experience operating CNC machinery
CAD / CAM experience / familiarity
Prior experience with creating and implementing maintenance schedules.
Comfortable dealing with external contractors.
Experience leading or supervising a team.
Forklift license - Preferred.Shifts: Day Based
