The role:
The Fabric Technician will be joining a part of a larger team of multi skilled engineers working on static site in Glasgow on a Prestigious site carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on any general Fabric, small installation projects, servicing and repairs. You will also be helping the larger team with general building maintenance.
Main Duties:
As a Fabric Technician, you'll be an integral part of our maintenance crew, ensuring that any general Fabric maintenance is completed. Here's what you can expect:
Routine Maintenance: Conduct scheduled fabric inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become problems.
Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair plumbing malfunctions, making necessary upgrades and replacements as required.
Compliance: Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and safety standards.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service and answering their fabric questions.
