About your role
* Lead all planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the contract being the go-to contact with all fabric aspects and queries.
WIP & KPIs
* Manage contractual compliance from a fabric standpoint across the contract
* Review, manage and control fabric processes
* Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas
About you
* Experience of fabric maintenance
* Commercially astute
* Excellent leadership skills
* Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
* Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
* Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
