Description:
We are recruiting for a fabric maintenance handyperson to complete basic maintenance on a commercial facility in the Bradford area.
The role is a temporary ongoing position
£15.00/hr PAYE (£18 Umbrella) basic hours.
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.
Fabric Maintenance Handyperson Duties:
To ensure all building compliance checks are complete and recorded i.e. Legionella / Tap Temps checks, Fire alarm and fire door checks, emergency lighting etc.
To complete fabric PPM and reactive maintenance
Assist the engineers on their PPM's
To ensure stock and supplies are maintained
To ensure all H&S obligations and met and exceeded
Basic Joinery, painting, patch plastering
General handyperson tasks
Basic lighting checks and upkeep
Requirements:
To have previous experience in maintenance, handyperson roles
Willing and able to complete general manual tasks where required
Good client facing skills
Ideally to have previous compliance experience (emergency lights, anti-legionella etc.)
