We are recruiting for a fabric handyperson based in Leeds working on a static basis covering all general low level fabric maintenance. The role will be assisting all engineers on site. You will be working on a commercial facility, start ASAP until end of July, Pay rate is £15.00ph PAYE or (or Umbrella option @ £18.99ph) / 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
Description:
The role is looking after the low end maintenance of electrical plant and lighting to commercial and retail facilities, this will include:
- lighting and emergency lighting checks
- lamping
- project small works installation
- handyperson duties and fabric maintenance
- building services upkeep
- assisting and working with qualified engineers
- possible mechanical overlap such as AC filter changes etc.
Requirements:
Must have fabric maintenance / handyperson skills
Maintenance experience and willingness to complete general handyperson tasks pro-active attitude
Driving license and own vehicle essential due to on-call nature
