About the Role:
My client are a large Facilities Maintenance company seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Fabric Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing fabric elements across high street stores in Southampton. This will include plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical & mechanical tasks. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000.

Conduct PPM's and maintenance in various high street stores.
Perform repairs and installations of fabric elements including painting & decorating
Ensuring high standards of workmanship.
Identify and diagnose issues promptly, providing effective solutions.
Collaborate with management and other technicians to ensure minimal disruption to store operations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Fabric Technician or similar role.
NVQ or City & Guilds trade certificate - Highly desired
Strong technical skills and knowledge of fabric maintenance.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and team members professionally.
