Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider - Government Building – Westminster – £34,000 + Package - No callout
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Westminster has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer based in a government building in Westminster. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. Any experience working with fire doors or government environments is advantageous, but not required. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £34,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Basic Carpentry
Painting and plasterboard.
Changing locks.
Door hinges.
Floor repairs.
Minor repairs to office furniture
Putting together small equipment/ Flat packs
Kick and push plates.
Install/ Repair blinds
Basic Plumbing.
Maintain and update Log books
Assist the maintenance team on-site
Escort subcontractorsRequirements
Trade qualifications in Carpentry Level 2 (Required)
Experience with fire doors is advantageous
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
