Hays Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and vibrant primary schools across South Warwickshire, and we are looking for dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping early experiences in education, helping children develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

???? Your Role:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities
Work 1:1 or with small groups to support children's development
Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Encourage social, emotional, and communication skills
Assist with observations and tracking children's progress
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

✅ What We're Looking For:

Have experience working with children in an EYFS setting (school or nursery)
Nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic
Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
Confident supporting children with a range of abilities and needs
Hold a relevant childcare or TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
Have, or are willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check
