Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £85-£100 per day

About the school:
The primary school, located in Edmonton, has been rated “good” in their last OFSTED grading. Early Year Foundation Stage pupils are taught in two part-time Nursery and two Reception classes. The school is nationally recognised as a centre of excellence for physical education and school sport. The school holds the Healthy Schools award and the Activemark.
About the role:
Teach now are currently recruiting 2 Early Years Teaching Assistants for a primary school based in Edmonton, North London. These Early Years teaching assistant jobs start from September 2024 on a temporary basis with the possibility of becoming permanent after one term.
Previous experience and knowledge of the EYFS is absolutely essential and candidates will be expected to show a high level of understanding and practice. Examples of this must be provided during the interview, along with a full employment history. Satisfactory references from all previous employers must be obtainable.
Application Requirements:
• Have experience working within either Childcare or Education.
• Have experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Ideally have a level 3 qualification.
• Have the ability to support literacy and numeracy groups.
• Have an enthusiastic and proactive approach towards learning and the development of pupils.
