Aspire People are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic and highly supportive primary school in Shrewsbury on a full-time, long-term basis starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children at the very start of their educational journey.

The Early Years team is friendly, experienced, and highly supportive, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and being part of a dedicated and passionate staff team. You will be working alongside the class teacher and support staff to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's development across all areas of the EYFS framework.

The children are described as curious, enthusiastic, and full of personality, with a strong focus on developing confidence, communication skills, and independence through creative, hands-on learning experiences.

* Supporting children within Nursery and/or Reception
* Delivering high-quality EYFS support under the direction of the class teacher
* Assisting with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy activities
* Supporting learning through play-based and structured activities
* Encouraging social, emotional, and behavioural development
* Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
