Are you passionate about supporting young children at the beginning of their educational journey? We are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and nurturing primary school in Rushden that is looking for a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to play a key role in helping them develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.
The Role
Supporting teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Assisting with engaging classroom activities that promote children's development.
Working with individuals and small groups to support learning and social development.
Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Full-time position with a September 2026 start.
The Ideal Candidate
Has experience working with children in an EYFS or primary school setting (desirable but not essential).
Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or has equivalent experience.
Is patient, positive, and passionate about supporting children's learning.
Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff, pupils, and parents.
Has a caring approach and is committed to helping every child reach their potential.
