Requirements:
To be successful in this EYFS Teaching Assistant role you will…
Have at least a bachelor’s degree in education, or a related subject.
Have a passion for the education of young learners.
Have a warm and friendly personality, as well as the natural ability to build strong bonds with young children.
Have knowledge surrounding the importance of safeguarding procedures.
Preferably have previous experience of working alongside children, or in a school setting.
The Role
Assisting teaching staff in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
Aiding an Early Years child in the development of their basic numeracy, literacy and social skills.
Participating in activities with the wider school community in order to build strong relationships with both pupils and staff.
Partaking in staff meetings and parents’ evenings.
Assisting staff in the delivery of extra-curricular activities.
Following strict safeguarding policies and procedures.
