EYFS Teaching Assistant
We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with experience in nurseries to join our team as Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurturing individuals who are ready to transition into a primary school setting and make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
Position: EYFS Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Support the EYFS team in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 3 to 5 years old.
Assist with the planning and preparation of resources to enhance learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
Provide pastoral care and support to children, fostering positive relationships and a sense of belonging within the classroom.
Promote independence and self-confidence in young learners through structured play and learning opportunities.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents/guardians to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all children.Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
A passion for early years education and a commitment to supporting children's holistic development.
Good communication skills and the ability to engage positively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the routines and practices of a primary school environment.
A positive and proactive approach to supporting children's learning and well-being.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.Benefits:
