Key Responsibilities
Support the class teacher with engaging EYFS activities
Work with individuals and small groups
Support children's communication, learning and development
Encourage positive behaviour and independence
Help create a stimulating classroom environment
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils
Support safeguarding and children's wellbeing
Essential Requirements
Experience working with children in an Early Years or primary setting
Passion for supporting children's learning and development
Nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of EYFS principles
Commitment to safeguarding
Relevant childcare or Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable.
