About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Hackney, London. This full-time, long-term position requires a qualified teacher with experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for nurturing young children’s development. Application Requirements:

• Experienced EYFS Teacher with a minimum of 2 years of classroom experience.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and expertise in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teaching.

• Proven ability to create inclusive and engaging learning environments, particularly with SEN students.

• Strong social-emotional skills and ability to provide professional references.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Engaging EYFS Curriculum: Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, ensuring each child’s developmental needs are met.

• Create Inclusive Learning Environments: Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and support the progress of all students, including those with SEN, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

• Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess students’ progress through observations, assessments, and developmental records, providing feedback to students and parents to ensure continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to coordinate activities and resources, maintaining effective communication with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development.
