Are you a passionate and dedicated EYFS teacher looking for a new opportunity? One of our client schools is seeking an experienced EYFS teacher to join their team starting in September. This role offers flexibility to teach either Nursery or Reception, depending on your preference.
About the Role: As an EYFS teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering a rich and varied curriculum in line with the EYFS Framework.
* Creating engaging and age-appropriate learning activities that encourage exploration and discovery.
* Assessing and tracking the progress of each child, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to parents.
* Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues to foster a supportive learning community.
* Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children, adhering to all safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
* Collaborating with other educators and support staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant experience in an EYFS setting.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and child development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for early years education.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational best practices.
