About the role:

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young learners? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join our vibrant primary school in Collindale, London. This is a full-time, long-term position offering an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS):

Essential. Must hold QTS or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification.

• Experience:

Proven experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage, with a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.

• Skills:

Excellent classroom management skills, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to engage and inspire young children.

• Knowledge:

A thorough understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering High-Quality EYFS Education: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all children in the EYFS age group, following the EYFS framework.

• Creating a Stimulating Learning Environment: Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children can explore, learn, and develop.

• Assessment and Reporting: Regularly assess children’s progress, maintain accurate records, and provide feedback to parents and caregivers through regular reports and meetings.

• Supporting Individual Needs: Identify and support children with varying abilities and learning needs, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

• Collaborating with Staff: Work closely with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school leadership to plan and coordinate activities and share best practices.
