Class Teacher will need to be:

An excellent class teacher with a proven record of raising achievement.
Resourceful, innovative and able to embrace change.
Have exceptional Behaviour management with the ability to inspire your students
Have the knowledge and expertise to enthuse your colleagues.
You must have QTS and an excellent academic background
A teacher who is committed to personal and professional development.

Class Teacher Duties and Responsibilities:

Carry out teaching duties in accordance with the school's schemes of work, National Curriculum and designated subject areas
Liaise with colleagues to deliver units of work in a collaborative way in accordance with the School Development Plan
Work with teaching assistants, the SENCO and the inclusion team
Set challenging targets for pupil attainment levels
Be an exemplar teacher
Share in the responsibility for the well-being and discipline of all pupils
