Responsibilities:

Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports the unique needs of each child.
Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support the holistic development of each child.
Utilize observation, assessment, and reflective practice to inform planning and promote continuous improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching early years curriculum that inspires curiosity and creativity.
