EYFS Teacher
Are you an experienced Teacher with experience in Early Years, looking for an exciting new opportunity in Faversham? Simply Education is working with a school, who are looking to appoint an EYFS Teacher, in a permanent position for September 2024.
Roles and responsibilities
Instruction: Delivering engaging lessons, explaining concepts clearly, and facilitating learning experiences tailored to students' needs and abilities.
Assessment: Designing and administering assessments to gauge student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
Classroom Management: Establishing a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing student behaviour effectively, and promoting mutual respect and cooperation.
Curriculum Development: Planning and organizing curriculum content, selecting appropriate instructional materials, and aligning teaching objectives with educational standards.
Support and Guidance: Providing academic support, mentoring students, and fostering their personal and intellectual growth, while also collaborating with colleagues and parents.
Requirements
You must have a full, enhanced DBS check.
A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
Being able to implement strategies outlined in Individual Education Plans, (IEPs), or other support plans.
Experience teaching EYFS will be beneficial in your application.
Patience and resilience to handle challenging behaviours and situations in a calm and professional manner.
