EYFS Teaching Assistant Role Available!

Location: Ealing, London

Hours of Work: Term-time hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Pay Rates:

EYFS Teaching Assistant: £85-£100 per day.

Your role as an EYFS Teaching Assistant with Personal Care Experience goes beyond assisting; it’s about fostering trust, providing comfort, and igniting curiosity in the hearts of our youngest learners. From supporting daily routines to being a compassionate companion during moments of vulnerability, you’ll play an integral part in shaping their early educational journey.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in providing personal care support within an educational context.
• A deep understanding of the nuances of working with children aged 3 to 5, including their emotional needs and developmental milestones.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with young learners on their level.
• While qualifications are desirable, a genuine passion for nurturing young minds is paramount.
