About the Role: As an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide dedicated support to young children with diverse special educational needs, ensuring they receive the best possible start to their educational journey.
Assist the class teacher in creating a stimulating, safe, and supportive learning environment.
Develop and implement individual learning plans tailored to each child's needs.
Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured activities and play.
Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Encourage independence and confidence in young learners.Requirements:

Experience working with children in EYFS, particularly those with SEN.
A patient, caring, and empathetic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications in childcare or special education (desirable but not essential).
A commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.To be considered for this position you will:
- have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
-Hold a child workforce enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work)
-have satisfactory references
-have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
