Role Overview: TimePlan Education is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Nursery / EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team in Wantage, Oxfordshire. This role involves supporting nursery teachers and practitioners in providing high-quality care and education to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Key Responsibilities:

Support nursery teachers and practitioners with the daily activities and learning experiences of children.
Assist in running daily sessions and play-based interventions to support individual student targets within the EYFS framework.
Implement activities that promote the physical, social, and emotional development of children.
Build positive and nurturing relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Communicate effectively with teachers, practitioners, and parents.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.Ideal Candidate:

Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Enthusiastic, engaging, and flexible.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
Understanding of the primary curriculum.
Experience in supporting learning and development in young children.
Possess a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.Benefits:
