Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

About Us:
We are a mainstream primary school in Loughborough dedicated to providing exceptional early years education. Our aim is to provide experienced EYFS Teaching Assistants/Nursery Nurses to support a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive and develop a love for learning.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Implement activities in line with the Early Years Framework to support children's learning and development from the baby room to preschool.
* Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in collaboration with the Early Years team.
* Support children's social and emotional development, fostering positive relationships and behavior.
* Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health and safety policies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Nursery Nurse, with comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Framework.
* Experience working across different age groups, from the baby room to preschool.
* Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education or Childcare.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
