Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) Class Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Conduct regular assessments and monitor children's progress, using this information to inform planning and support.
Develop and implement individualized learning plans to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of each child.
Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and caregivers, providing regular updates on children's progress and development.
Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best educational outcomes for all children.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-resourced classroom.
Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and engage in continuous professional development.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Proven experience working in an early years setting, ideally within the EYFS framework.
Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a warm and welcoming learning environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and education.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
