Extrusion Setter/Operator

Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join their team.

As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products.
This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Duties:
- Set up and operate extrusion machines according to specifications
- Monitor the extrusion process to ensure product quality and consistency
- Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating extrusion machines is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD software is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of logic controllers and basic electrical systems is beneficial
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
