Package & Benefits
Salary of £32,000 to £34,000 per annum.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

The Role
As the Extra Care Scheme Manager, you will:

Take full operational responsibility for an established Extra Care scheme, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred service delivery.
Recruit, lead, coach and develop a motivated care team, creating a positive and supportive working culture.
Drive quality improvement, audits and continuous service development to achieve excellent CQC outcomes.
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding legislation, governance requirements and internal policies.
Manage staffing, rotas, budgets, occupancy, KPIs and operational performance to deliver outstanding service outcomes.
Build strong relationships with service users, families, commissioners, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
Support the continued success and growth of the service through strong operational leadership.About You
To be successful, you'll have:

Experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, Service Manager, Deputy Manager or similar leadership role within adult social care, Extra Care, domiciliary care, community care or Supported Living services.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and the statutory framework relating to adult social care.
Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance, quality standards, audits and KPIs.
A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful teams while creating a positive working culture.
Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
