Site Manager (Social Housing - External Works)

Location: Bedfordshire
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Start Date: Monday, 27th July 2026
Rate: circa £250 per day (Negotiable depending on experience)
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an external works scheme on a social housing development in Bedfordshire for a 3-month contract.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. The program focuses entirely on external works (cladding, roofing, window replacements, and general external refurbishment).

Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Social Housing Experience: Proven track record delivering schemes within inhabited social housing environments.

External Works Expertise: Strong background managing external refurbishment packages.

Key Qualifications: Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Card.

Communication: Excellent ability to liaise with sub-contractors, client representatives, and resident liaison teams
