External Site Manager – Roof & Façade Refurbishment

We are looking for an experienced External Site Manager to join a major refurbishment project at a high-profile hotel in London.
The role will focus heavily on external refurbishment works, with particular emphasis on roof and façade refurbishment. The façade is predominantly brickwork, alongside extensive waterproofing and associated external envelope works.

Key Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day external works and coordinating specialist subcontractors.
Overseeing brickwork and façade refurbishment, repairs and associated envelope works.
Managing roof refurbishment and waterproofing works.
Coordinating the removal of redundant terraces and associated structural/external works.
Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
Managing site logistics, sequencing, permits and RAMS.
Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team.
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control.Experience Required
Proven experience as a Site Manager / External Site Manager on refurbishment projects.
Strong background in façade, brickwork and external envelope refurbishment.
Previous experience overseeing roofing and waterproofing works.
Experience with terrace removal / alterations or similar external structural works.
Strong subcontractor management and site coordination skills.
Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, RAMS, QA and H&S.
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid required.Immediate start available, with the opportunity for a long-term position on a significant London refurbishment project
