I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a tier 1 residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of an External Site Manager, for their major residential scheme in South London.
As an External Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the external packages which includes section 278 works and hard & soft landscaping. You will be responsible for managing the programme of works, managing health & safety on site, managing sub-contractors on site and reporting into the Project Manager on site. The ideal candidate must have experience managing external packages which includes S278 works and hard & soft landscaping, working with either a main contractor or developer here.
You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid Certificate and the role is a 6 months contract role here.
