We are currently recruiting External Assessors to monitor the delivery of the Health & Social Care Qualifications.

As External Assessor, you will be required to assess and document learner competence against qualification standards, using the stated assessment methods.

Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

* Assessing and documenting learner competence at centres or remotely

Applicants must meet the essential criteria:

* Hold or be willing to work towards Assessor qualification (D32, D33, A1, or TAQA units)

* Live in Wales or have good transport connections to Wales

* the ability to speak, read and understand written Welsh essential.

Training for the role will be provided following the successful review and vetting of your application.

External Assessors are contracted on an annual basis and are not directly employed by the City & Guilds Group, making it an ideal opportunity to become an External Assessor in addition to your current role.
