Export Customer Service Coordinator
Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, £14.92 p/hr based in Loughborough

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Export Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy Export Customer Service team supporting customers across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders and export shipments ensuring all required documentation is prepared accurately and on time.
Provide exceptional support to customers and the Export Sales team, handling shipping queries, export documentation, hazardous goods paperwork, and administrative requests.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export controls, and company policies, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Carry out Third Party Management (TPM) activities and customer due diligence checks in line with current regulations.
Track shipment deadlines and proactively resolve any issues that may impact delivery or customer satisfaction.
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional solutions to complex shipping-related matters.
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and shipping documentation.
