Description:
We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Administrator to join our retail client based in Manchester City Centre on a 3 month contract basis.
Reporting into the international Sales Manager and working alongside the sales team, you will be responsible for receiving wholesale orders, processing them through Microsoft Dynamics, monitoring orderbooks and releasing shipping when required.
You day to day duties will include:
Managing and processing wholesale export orders
Preparing international export documentation
Dealing with sales enquiries
Monitoring and managing stock levels
File and maintain sales export paperwork and dispatch records
Ensure compliance with export regulations
We are looking to speak to candidates who are able to demonstrate:
2+ years of experience in export sales administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with export documentation and compliance is a plus
