Join a leading freight forwarder as an Export Operator, managing shipments and supporting customers across international freight operations.

*
Booking shipments and coordinating with customers, carriers and overseas agents
*
Preparing and checking export documentation
*
Tracking shipments and providing updates
*
Supporting quotations and responding to customer queries
*
Helping resolve delays or other shipment issues
*
Maintaining accurate records and following operational procedures
What we’re looking for
*
Experience in freight forwarding or export operations in ocean, air or road freight
*
Good communication and organisation skills
*
A careful, customer-focused approach
*
The ability to manage competing priorities
