Export Co-ordinator (SAP experience)

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Export Co-ordinator to join our client based in Stafford. The Export Co-ordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00 per year

Working days/hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 17pm and Friday 8.30am – 15.45 pm

Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with production, stores and transport companies to ensure that all the needs of international customers are met.

Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Using our SAP system to process orders received from international customers.

· Answering all emails and phone calls in a timely manner.

· Ensure a smooth service for our customers.

· Container and transport planning.

· Production of all customs documentation to ensure smooth transport.

Willing to finance any relevant professional training to allow successful candidate to develop with the company.

Essential Skills:

· Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel

· Strong communication skills

· High attention to detail, organised and methodical

· Knowledge of customs documentation/processes

· Previous knowledge of SAP (strongly advantageous)
