About the Role:
Our client is seeking experienced Wastewater Modellers to join their growing team and deliver consultancy services and technical support to clients across the UK and Ireland.

The role will involve working on a range of wastewater network modelling projects, including survey scoping, feasibility studies, planning, model build and verification, and solutions development.

You will have the opportunity to work on large portfolios for water companies, consultants and international clients, while continuing to develop your technical skills and career within the Water sector.

About the Client:
Our client is a specialist consultancy founded in 2020, focused on network hydraulic modelling and network analysis within the Water Industry.

The business brings together experienced professionals from water companies, major consultancies, academia and modelling software companies to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the successful delivery of wastewater network modelling projects.
Work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects to agreed timescales and budgets.
Carry out model build and verification using existing hydraulic models.
Undertake optioneering and solutions development for flooding and CSO drivers.
Investigate, analyse and resolve drainage network issues.
Scope network surveys to support model updates and review contractor survey submissions.
Build and maintain hydraulic models.
Deliver technical reports and hydraulic modelling studies.
Develop engineering solutions to address development impacts, sewer flooding and unsatisfactory overflows.
Support the preparation of modelling cost estimates.
Supervise site surveys and field investigations where required.
Liaise with colleagues, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
Provide guidance and support to graduate engineers and technicians.What Our Client is Looking For:

Experience working within wastewater modelling.
Proficiency in InfoWorks ICM.
Working towards chartership.
Working knowledge of GIS tools such as MapInfo or ArcGIS.
Demonstrable technical experience within the Water Industry.
Ability to work to client specifications and industry standards.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Self-motivated, organised and able to prioritise workloads.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to deliver work on time, within budget and to a high technical standard.What Our Client Offers:
