SEN Teacher - Specialist Education Settings
Sheffield | Full-Time | Supply Basis | Immediate Start
are currently recruiting for dedicated and adaptable SEN Teachers to work on a supply basis across a range of specialist schools and SEN provisions in Sheffield.
These roles involve supporting students with a variety of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, moderate learning difficulties and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. Successful candidates will deliver tailored lessons, support individual learning plans and help create positive, inclusive learning environments where students can thrive both academically and personally.
The schools are looking for teachers who are patient, proactive and confident working with students who require additional support and differentiated learning approaches.
The successful candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience working within SEN or specialist education settings
Be confident adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs
Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
Be able to build positive and professional relationships with students and staff
Demonstrate resilience, flexibility and a nurturing approach
