Location: Clevedon, North Somerset Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 basic + uncapped commission OTE: £55,000 – £70,000+ Type: Permanent, Full-time
About Us
TD Recruitment is a growing recruitment agency specialising in the supply of temporary and permanent staff across Construction, Waste & Recycling, Industrial and Logistics sectors. We work with clients throughout the UK from our office in Clevedon.
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help drive the next stage of growth.
The Role
This is a client-facing, results-driven role. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, winning new business, and delivering high-quality candidates across our core sectors.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of clients
* Generating new business through calls, meetings and networking
* Understanding client requirements and delivering suitable candidates
* Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
* Working closely with our resourcing team to fill roles efficiently
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
* Representing TD Recruitment professionally in the market
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has at least 2–3 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant (ideally within construction, industrial, waste, logistics or similar sectors)
* Is confident managing clients and generating new business
* Has a strong work ethic and is target-driven
* Is organised, resilient and commercially minded
* Is comfortable working in a small, growing business where you can make a real impact
* Holds a full UK driving licence (advantageous)
What We Offer
* Competitive basic salary of £40,000 – £45,000
* Uncapped commission structure
* Realistic OTE of £55,000 – £70,000+
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
