We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Belfast office and take ownership of a niche market. This is for someone who already knows the 360 recruitment cycle and wants a desk with real earning potential, autonomy and a genuine route to progression.

The role

You'll take ownership of your own niche market, running the full recruitment process end to end: business development, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, negotiating offers and closing placements.

Earnings

Competitive base salary + Uncapped commission, paid monthly, with a strong percentage structure

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role
A track record of billing consistently and building long term client relationships
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own pipeline
Financially motivated with ambitions to progress
