Experienced Primary Teaching Assistant
Full-Time | Long-Term & Daily Supply Opportunities | Aspire People
Aspire People are recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for reliable and confident TAs who can quickly settle into a classroom, build positive relationships with pupils and provide effective support to both teachers and learners.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Providing classroom, 1:1 and small-group support
* Assisting with Maths, English, phonics and wider curriculum activities
* Helping pupils stay engaged and confident in their learning
* Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
* Working alongside teachers to provide additional support where needed
* Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
* Confident supporting pupils across different year groups
* Strong understanding of classroom routines and expectations
* Good behaviour management and relationship-building skills
* Reliable, adaptable and able to use initiative
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
