Are you an experienced KS2 Teacher looking for a new opportunity in a welcoming and supportive primary school?

A highly regarded primary school in Birmingham is seeking an experienced KS2 Class Teacher to join their team from the start of the new academic year in September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and skilled teacher who is looking to become part of a friendly school community where staff and pupils are valued.

The school is looking for a teacher who has proven experience teaching within KS2 and can confidently deliver engaging lessons, support pupil progress, and contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

This role is initially offered on a long-term basis, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

This role is suitable for experienced teachers only and is not suitable for ECTs.

The Role:

Teaching a KS2 class with full classroom responsibilities

Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum

Supporting pupils’ academic progress and personal development

*

Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the school community

*

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*

Strong experience teaching within KS2

*

A confident classroom practitioner with a proven track record

Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum

*

Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

*

Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
