At Kelly Group, we’re growing our team and looking for experienced Fibre Installation Engineers to join our dynamic workforce on the CityFibre contract.
This is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge fibre networks, deliver exceptional service to customers, and play a key role in the rollout of next-generation connectivity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Fibre Installation Engineer, you’ll bring technical skill and precision to every installation:
* Installing fibre connectivity on the Altnet Fibre Network at customer premises
* Working at heights and within underground networks
* Testing multiple points throughout installations to ensure complete functionality
* Working both independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and KPIs
* Following strict Health and Safety procedures at all times
* Maintaining and demonstrating your SA001, SA002, S007, S008, and Streetworks accreditations
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated individuals who are ready to take on a hands-on, rewarding role:
* A strong commitment to safety and safe working practices
* Comfortable working outdoors year-round in a variety of environments
* Confident using smart devices and technology to follow detailed instructions
* Customer-focused with great communication skills
* Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset
* Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting
* Comfortable working at heights of up to 15 metres
* Excellent attention to detail
* A full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points)
