Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday (30 mins break) / 07:30 - 14:00 Friday (30 mins break)

We are seeking an experienced Die Cutter to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in die-cutting operations, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate die-cutting machinery safely and efficiently.
Complete and record daily machine health and safety pre-use checks according to the prescribed health and safety protocol for each machine.
Read and interpret job specifications and production schedules.
Manual handling of raw materials into the machine.
Ensure machine key performance indicators (KPI's) and specified run rates are achieved
Record all daily outputs, waste, and any production issues on production timesheet.
Job rotation with other machines to cover absence when required.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Monitor production output and minimise waste.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines.
Adopt a flexible approach to ensure business requirements are met.
Adhere to company policies and procedure at all times.
Any other reasonable request made by management team.About you:

Essential Experience:

Proven experience operating an automatic die-cutting machines.
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
Ability to read technical drawings and job instructions.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and great team player.
Flexible approach to overtime when required.Desirable Experience:

Experience with Bobst or similar die-cutting equipment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within manufacturing.Our Company values:
