Must be over the age of 18 yearsLKA Recruitment are recruiting for a small residential unit in Hereford with 7 young adults all of whom have severe learning difficulties and are non verbal requiring 24 hour care and support.
The role is to provide all aspects of care as well as supporting them in their daily activities.
Previous care experience is essential, ideally in a residential setting and ideally supporting people with learning difficulties.
We are not able to offer anything less than 24 hours a week and ideally would like full time working mix of earlies (7 am starts) and lates (9-10pm finish) and alternate weekends. The shifts are normally 8 hours shifts and would not include nights.
