Salary: £40-45,000
An award-winning and established multi-disciplinary construction and design consultancy is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its growing team in Preston. The practice has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK within sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, sports and leisure, and heritage.

Producing technical drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
Preparing detailed construction information
Developing designs through all project stages
Preparing planning and Building Regulations information
Coordinating with clients and project consultants
Supporting BIM coordination and project delivery
Attending meetings and site visits
Resolving technical and construction issuesThe ideal Architectural Technologist will have:
Experience as an Architectural Technician or Technologist
Relevant UK construction industry experience
Qualification in Architectural Technology or similar
Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
Experience working within a BIM environment
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Strong communication and coordination skills
