Salary: £35,000
Hours: 5-day week, Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm every other Saturday 9am – 3pm

Candidates should be confident in their social skills and comfortable engaging with new people
* Register Applicants
* Keeping the applicant database up to date
* Take on & advertise properties to let
* Carry out viewings
* Negotiate offers between tenants/landlords
* Referencing tenants
* Arranging GSC/ EPC/ EICR
* Arranging tenant move ins & ensuring properties are compliant
* Assisting the property & lettings manager with day-to-day tasks
* Assisting with some property management when the lettings manager is off
* 2-years minimum experience required
* ARLA qualified would be ideal but not essential
* Reapit CRM knowledge would also be ideal
* Driving Licence is essential
