Exit Programme/Project Manager  (Utilities, Energy or CNI or Regulated industry)

3-4 Month Contract

London or Newbury (Hybrid)

£(Apply online only)/day (Outside IR35)

Exit Programme/Project Manager (Exit & Transition) needed for a 3-4 Month Rolling Contract based in London or Newbury (Hybrid) 2 to 3 days per week. Start ASAP ideally October 2026.

Paying up to £(Apply online only)/day (Outside IR35).

Working with a global IT Consultancy Exit Project/Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end transition and exit of services.

The role will be accountable for Planning, Governance, Contractual Compliance, Stakeholder Management, knowledge transfer, Service Transition, Operational handover.  Desirable Experience managing SIAM or multi-supplier environments.

Ideally start in October 2026.   This is a chance to work with an established globally recognised Digital, IT and Network Services Consultancy.

Key skills and experience:

Previous experience leading large-scale Managed Service exits or service transitions.

Demonstrable experience acting as an Exit Manager, Transition Manager or Senior Programme Manager.

Experience delivering complex contractual transitions valued £10m+.

Strong governance, planning and risk management capability.

Experience working with multiple suppliers and customer organisations.

Experience managing knowledge transfer and operational handover activities.

Commercial and contractual awareness.

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Experience supporting service transition into a managed service provider
