Do you love helping clients find a creative way of engaging with their audiences in an exhibition environment?

Our client is looking for an Exhibition Project Manager to join their production team! This unique opportunity involves overseeing their exhibition offerings for clients, from bespoke builds to large event exhibitions where thier client is the organiser. As the exhibition manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of their stand builds as well as all onsite infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and delivering exhibitions as well as building strong stakeholder relationships. You will report to the Head of Production and work alongside their highly motivated and skilled team.

Exhibition team roles and responsibilities

* Client management for all exhibition requirements

* Inputting to creative and innovative solutions

* Project scoping and budgeting

* Project management and delivery

* International knowledge and delivery

* Production of briefs for internal divisions (creative, film, digital and technical)

* Develop strong working relationships with all departments within the company

* Oversight of build delivery and production

* Production of onsite briefing docs

* Onsite delivery

* Project financial management and reporting
