Description:
Due to growth we are looking for an Executry Paralegal to join a busy Private Client team of 13. You'll report directly into the Executries Manager and have access to 3 Secretaries for support.
Full-time, part time might be considered for the right candidate.
Salary depending on experience: £35,000 - £40,000
Day to day you will be tasked with the below:
* Handling own case load of varying degrees of complexity
* Initial instructions, investigation of family trees, investigation of assets and liabilities
* Preparation of relevant insurance, HMRC and court documents
* Submission of documents to the necessary agencies
* Gathering of assets, payment of liabilities and legacies
* Preparation of the final account and distribution to beneficiaries
* Ensuring executors are kept up to date and informed of their options at key points throughout the process
What you'll come with to be successful in securing an interview:
* Previous experience working as Paralegal, highly knowable on executry work
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
* Drive to work to a high standard and manage own caseload efficiently within timelines set
